Collaborative Quality Care

Healthcare system is made up of humans and, as humans, we are prone to errors, and human error is going to be a part of the risk. In an effort to mitigate such errors and improve patient care, AMRADNET has built several cross-audit and quality checks into its technology and processes. Continuous quality monitoring and improvements are done using feedback collected at various stages of healthcare delivery process.

In order to make it easy for the participating healthcare providers to contribute their valuable feedback and opinions in this collaborative environment of quality care, AMRADNET has provided the following features within its system and processes –

Report Review

Reports provided by our expert physicians can be clinically correlated with patient condition by the treating physician and/or nurse. These users have options to review reports online and provide feedback instantaneously. To provide feedback, the user just clicks on the button in the report toolbar. User feedback helps to assess the quality of reporting and thereby rate our Expert Physicians. Frequent feedback helps the quality of interpretation or consultation and this better care for the patient.

Second Opinion

The technologist, treating physician and/or nurse can request a second opinion in just one or two clicks. AMRADNET’s network of expert physicians will review the original report, associated clinical data and diagnostic images, and quickly provide a written second opinion report to mitigate any errors and ensure proper care. All second opinions are referred to our PeerNet® team for feedback on the expert physician’s performance.

Technologist Rating

Films taken and the techniques used by your technologists are continuously rated on a scale of 1 to 5 by our expert physicians. The rating evaluates quality of the individual technologist and the overall quality of the diagnostic service provider. The ratings and the trend of improvements are frequently communicated back to the diagnostic service provider for their quality control and process improvement.

Direct Information Sharing

Technologists have the ability to mark the area of interest in the image, annotate, and to communicate vital information directly to our expert physician using various imaging and discussion tools within the clinical system. Our expert physicians can also communicate their findings with technologists, treating physicians or nurses and others via the built-in imaging, reporting and discussion tools.

By streamlining the process between the service providers and our expert physicians and by actively involving everybody in the delivery of quality healthcare, errors are minimized or eliminated.

Feedback Form

The AMRADNET team strives to continuously to improve the products and services offered to its customers and their participating healthcare providers. Feedback about AMRADNET’s products, services, processes and support can be provided using the “Feed Back” button and this will enable AMRADNET team to be proactive in fixing issues rather than be reactive to customer calls.

At AMRADNET, Radiologists are scheduled in advance to ensure around-the-clock coverage for all of its customers and patients. We take into consideration the licensure, skill, quality feedback, popularity, credentials, privileges, peer reviews and various other factors in scheduling an expert physician for the clients' customers.
