TELECONSULTATION (Report will be delivered within 24 hours from the time of receipt of information)

1. Sign-up with AMRADNET®
2. Download BRIDGENET®- Image Transmission Software
3. Upload Clinical Data, scans and reports;
4. Enter your current health information and primary medical condition
5. Pay the required charges as per the chart below - we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
6. Wait for AMRADNET® email notification -
• Patient will receive three notifications, as below -
•  Acknowledgement of Receipt of information
•  Assignment of Expert Physician and the expected date/time of delivery
•  Delivery of the Second Opinion Report
7. Report will be available online. Login to see the report.

MAIL-IN CONSULTATION (Report will be delivered by fax within 24 hours from the time of receipt of information)

1. Mail the following to the address given below -
   • a.  Hard copy of your diagnostic images, reports and clinical data
   • b.  A brief write-up of your current health information and primary medical condition
   • c.  A check to cover the cost of consultation

3. Make check payable to: American Radiologist Network, Inc.
4. Second Opinion report will be mailed along with the original documents
5. To have the report faxed, please provide your fax number.

Evaluation Process

1. Our expert physicians will review your medical information, scans and test results, and provide a detailed and comprehensive report outlining the findings and impressions and the treatment options (when possible) available for you.
2. If provided, we will compare your second opinion study to the previous exam of the same body part.

You can take this written opinion to your primary physician when discussing your care options.
